If you have ever thought of taking a practical test planning course then truly I would recommend it. I wouldnt take it if you have no team leadership duties as that and project planning is what this course is aimed at. If you are managing a project though it opens up the whole process making it clear. What you should be producing and what documents will be ideal for resource and budget estimates.
I am going to decline saying who I went with for the training as there are plenty of training companies out there offering the course and all are probably equally as good.
